St Patty’s Day Secret Fish Taco Sauce

Happy St Patrick’s Day! Since its all about green today, I am sharing my recipe for a St Patty’s Day Secret Fish Taco Sauce what makes this sauce extra special is that I was able to make it with green apple beer! yes exciting right. . I love tacos, fish tacos to be exact and I can never find a sauce that goes well and tastes good enough, which led me to making my own. I wanted to make a sauce that had great taste and was much different that sauces you would normally find on a fish taco. Check out my recipe below!

St Patty’s Day Secret Fish Taco Sauce

Ingredients

1 bunch of Cilantro

2 tbsp minced Garlic

2 Limes

1 container of Greek Yogurt

1 tsp of Ranch seasoning

1 tbsp of Honey

1 c Mayonnaise

1/2 c Nickel Brook Green Apple Pilsner Beer

4 tbsp chilli flakes

Instructions

Wash cilantro bunch and drain

Cut limes in half and squeeze juice into blender

Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth

Add salt and pepper for taste

Drizzle on tacos and enjoy!
