Monthly Beauty Favourites

Yeah I know I am a bit late, but better late than never right?!?! I have never done a monthly faves in beauty since relaunching my blog. But since I have been using a few products that I have been loving so much that I cannot do without. I thought that they were worth talking about with you all. My Monthly Beauty Favourites for February were products that I had reached for, quite often. Items that completed my process in getting ready quickly.

Since I am in the beauty industry I am sure you know that I try alot of different products regularly, so narrowing down the amount of most used items got a little bit difficult for me to choose from. So here goes! A list of all my monthly beauty favourites for February.

Maybelline master fix setting spray– I fell in love with this setting spray from day one. It is inexpensive, however it performs much like high end setting sprays like Urban Decay. I like to spritz my face before applying my primer, I also like to spritz my brushes prior to my foundation and eye shadow application for extra adherence to my skin.

Vera Wang Embrace– I love vanilla its one of my favourite scents to wear, I think its very feminine without being too girly.

Nyx Cosmetics Liquid Suede lip colour– Matte lips are a must for me, being a beauty advisor speaking to customers for hours on end and being someone who hates carrying a makeup bag in my purse; I look for lip products that require no touch ups through out the day. Since I have been looking for a cool toned grey nyx’ Stone fox was the perfect colour to add to my collection. The liquid suede lip colours don’t leave my lips feeling dry, they are light feeling on my lips and are full of pigment. On a typical day I get 6-8 hours of wear after my normal eating, drinking and talking.

Stila stay all day liquid lipstick– are another one of my loves for those who love beauty, there is nothing much I can say here except that Stila is amazing. I get countless compliments when I wear their SADLL

LA Girl Pro Concealer– this concealer brand has been around for a few years and they are still hard to find and high on demand. Since I don’t get as much sleep as I would like to, this concealer when worn with my eyecream hides all of my sign of lack of sleep and other imperfections.

Clarins Instant light Radiance Boosting Complexion Base– I’ve been lazy when it comes to wearing makeup during the week for work. Since I work evening I look for simple ways of enhancing my complexion without having to use foundation. Clarins Instant light Radiance Boosting Complexion Base gives me the look of a foundation and radiance without the hassle of wearing foundation. To apply I simply apply it without a primer since its a “base” and set with a light powder and I am good to go.

Vichy Idealia Life Serum– Is my absolutely favourite serum. It gives my skin a beautiful radiance and it also protects and repairs my skin from Environmental toxins to keep my skin looking the best it can look.

All of my monthly beauty favourites for February are still available except for the Clarins Instant light Radiance Boosting Complexion Base since this shade was a limited edition shade “go figure”
