Hello everyone! Hope your week has started off well, today’s post I am sharing my recipe for a Lunch made easy with a Chicken Pesto Sandwich. On Saturday my family and I had a busy day. We attended a kids play day with other children and their parents from our church congregation, then we did a little shopping at the garden nursery to prepare our garden for the Spring and Summer months. Friday night I decided since I would have a busy day I would prep lunch for the next day. I decided that I would make Chicken Pesto Sandwiches since Pesto is a favourite in my home, we absolutely love it on Pasta. Now that the weather is getting warmer comfort foods are a little too heavy to be eating now, Sandwiches were the best option that would leave my family full enough without the heavy feeling that comfort food can leave behind. Check out my easy recipe for Chicken Pesto Sandwiches, the best part is many of the products I used I already had on hand at home.
What are some of your favourite meals or sandwiches to make for the family, let me know in the comments below.
