This Chewy Chocolate Chip Snickers Bar Cookie is so delicious bet you can eat just one!
Between work, after school activities, church 2-3 times a week, two of us being down with a stomach virus for over a week, my carpel tunnel and severe back issues where I was unable to walk for 2 days. I didn’t get half of the Christmas baking and cooking done that I had anticipated, what I managed to get done was very difficult but being that I love to be in the kitchen I pushed myself to get some of it completed. Chocolate Chips cookies or Chocolate cookie chip as Monkey (my youngest child) would call it are a family treat in my house. As a family we all take part in perfecting my recipe for a family cook book I have been working on over the last 2 years. Now that I have perfected my recipe I decided that I would add different treats inside to make it more fun for the kids.
In today’s post I am super stoked to share one of my recipes for Chewy Chocolate Chip Snickers Bar Cookies. Public Service Announcement! once you make these cookies, I can guarantee you will have a hard time eating just one! I’ve had to hide some just to make sure I kept back enough for Christmas this coming week. The fun thing about making Chocolate Chip Cookie batter is being able to add different fun treats for the family to enjoy. Keeping in mind there is a little bit of science to making sure that baking temperatures and ingredients are balanced enough to work with whatever you choose to add.
Well here is the fun part, where I share my recipe. I hope that some of you will get a chance to make them and enjoy them with your family as much as I have and will. Thanks for reading.
